KING’S AWARDS are organised at the British Parliament, one of the most significant venue for global recognition and rendering prestige in heart of London. The parliament is comprised on The House of Commons and House of Lords each play an important role in Parliament’s work. Located in the Palace of Westminster which has been a centre of power for over 900 years.
How Do I Get Nominated?
Companies or individuals can be nominated for the awards by themselves or by other industry experts, clients, customers, or any other stakeholders. The nomination process will be open to individuals and businesses from all over the world.
Screening Process
All nominations undergo an initial screening based on eligibility criteria, including factors such as industry recognition, innovation, leadership, service, sustainability, and social responsibility. This screening is conducted by a panel of industry experts selected for their expertise and impartiality.
Applicants must demonstrate excellence or world-class achievement in areas such as Leadership, Service, Research, Innovation, Teaching, Mentoring or Artistic Accomplishment.

Evaluation Process
Shortlisted applicants are evaluated using the Rasch model, which creates a linear scale of measurement for each category. This allows for precise comparisons between applicants, even when they excel in different areas.

The evaluation considers both quantitative and qualitative factors, such as:
- Innovation
- Impact
- Leadership
- Sustainability
The Rasch model analysis is conducted by our panel of industry experts and judges. They interpret the results, considering the unique context of each applicant to identify truly outstanding individuals and businesses.This methodology allows the Boston Awards to:
- Compare applicants on a common scale, despite differences in their strengths
- Identify areas where businesses truly excel beyond their peers and supporting or willing to support Go Green Globe (Environmental sustainability and reducing Carbon Footprints)
- Provide a more nuanced understanding of ‘excellence’ within each category

Criteria
- Work experience for minimum 20 years in the present field with out-standing performance and incremental success.
- Educational background shows strong academic preparation
- Awards and recognitions received on merit for the last 5 years/scholarship grants received (national and international)
- A humanitarian set of values towards society, environment and sustainability
- LIFE-TIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD to a person with Life-long serving history with evidences (minimum 25-30 years of devotion)
Criteria for Organisations
To apply for your organisation you must
- have a good compliance record with your respective government regulations for example, officially registered or pay the right amount of tax on time
- be a self-contained organisation under its own management and complete its own accounts
- have at least 10 full-time employees or part-time equivalents
- demonstrate strong environmental, social and governance practices
- Your organisation can be a business, non-profit or in the public sector.
Each of the award categories has additional entry criteria.
Trade
To apply for the Trade award ( In any industry or sector) you must also:
- Have generate a significant revenue and show year-on-year growth
- Prove that your organisation has achieved outstanding growth in earnings relative to your business size and sector
- Prove steep year-on-year growth (without dips) in sales over 3 years
Innovation
To apply for the Innovation award, you must also:
- Have an innovation that has not been sold or offered before
- Have had your innovation available on the market for at least 2 years
- Have recovered all the investments made in your innovation or show that the innovation will recover its full costs in future
- Show outstanding commercial success as a result of innovation between 2 to 5 years
Your innovation should be in one of the following categories:
- Invention, design or production of goods
- Performance of services
- Marketing and distribution
- After-sale support of goods or services
Sustainable Development
To apply for the Sustainable Development award, you must also:
- Show how you’ve achieved outstanding commitment to sustainability for more than 2 years
- Show how your organisation has built sustainability into its vision and strategy
- Show the impact or positive outcomes of your actions or interventions
You can include examples, such as showing how you have developed an innovative product, service or process that has environmental benefits
made sustainability an essential part of your organisation, supply chain or community
Promoting Opportunity through Social Mobility
To apply for this award, your organisation must have a programme that supports people from disadvantaged backgrounds in improving their job skills and their chances of finding work. This includes doing one or more of the following, for at least 2 years:
- Providing work experience or careers advice
- Mentoring
- Offering interview and job-related training
- Making sure your recruitment process is open to everyone
You’ll need to prove the benefits for:
- The people you’ve supported
- Your organisation
- Your employees
- The wider community
You cannot apply if social mobility is the main focus of your organisation.
Training Provider or Educational Organisation
If you’re a training provider or educational organisation, you can only apply if you have a social mobility initiative for your employees or society or running an environmental sustainability campaign.
Process

- You must receive a submission confirmation email- If not, contact awards@theroyalclub.uk
- Attend the Scheduled Zoom Interview (Virtual)
- In case of success, receive and respond to a confirmation email
- ONLINE Registration Fee Payment
- Releasing of the Notice of Acceptance
- Follow the provided protocol
- Participation and receiving the award
- Publication of the Award in the Official site, more than 100 print media and electronic media channels, The club's social media etc.
- Publication in 'Royal Club ACCOLADE' magazine - bi-annual
