Purpose & Objectives
The Awards aim to:
- Recognise leaders, organisations, and businesses driving sustainable development
- Promote ESG, Climate Action, Social Impact, and Ethical Leadership
- Encourage collaboration between business, government, academia, and civil society, globally
- Showcase measurable impact aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
Eligibility Requirements
Eligible nominees must:
- Demonstrate tangible impact in sustainability or sustainable leadership
- Operate in, or have measurable impact within, Australia or the Asia-Pacific region
- Align with at least one UN SDG
- Show ethical governance, transparency, and long-term sustainability commitment
Eligible Entities:
- Business leaders (CEOs, founders, executives)
- Small, Medium & Large Corporations committed to CSR and ESG
- Social enterprises and NGOs
- Public-sector or policy leaders
- Academic or innovation leaders in sustainability

Each nomination should include:
Executive summary (max 1,000 words clearly mention accomplishments )
Clear explanation of:
- Sustainability challenge addressed
- Leadership approach and strategy
- Measurable outcomes (data-driven)
- SDG alignment
Evidence of impact, such as:
- ESG or sustainability reports
- Case studies
- Certifications (B-Corp, ISO, etc.)
- Independent assessments or testimonials
