We offer a variety of activities including awards ceremonies and other networking events. By using our nomination system and other services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. All the Award Brands over this website are owned and operated under THE ROYAL CLUB, a company validly incorporated in the British Virgin Islands.
    2. You agree to use our website, our products and services only for lawful purposes and not for any illegal or unauthorized activity.
    3. The Royal Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any aspect of our services at any time, without prior notice.
  2. Products and Services
    1. The Royal Club offers a range of recognition global awards and networking events in the U.K, U.S and other distinct global venues.
    2. The Royal Club reserves the right to accept or reject nominations on the basis of merit.
  3. Awardees and Guests Registration
    1. Announcement for winners and registration details will be provided via email
    2. Awardees must register themselves and their guests using our provided method along with the information including the name, address, email address. For details contact awards@theroyalclub.uk
    3. The Royal Club accepts registration payment by bank card, Stripe, PayPal, or bank transfer.
    4. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration. We do not offer payment plans or financing options.
    5. Once registered you will receive a confirmation email and payment receipt along with the Entry Code.
  4. Intellectual Property
    1. All content on this website is the intellectual property of The Royal Club including text, graphics, logos, and images, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
    2. You must not use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or display any content from our website without our prior written consent.
    3. Our name and logo are registered trademarks and must not be used without our prior written consent.
  5. Disclaimer of Warranties
    1. The Royal Club (TRC) makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, to make any payment or registration to any other party.
    2. Our partner organisations or representatives are only responsible to promote these awards and activities in their domains. No transaction in the name of The Royal Club will be considered valid until and unless it takes place through the domain-based weblinks, gateways or to our official bank as you received from our official email address.
  6. Indemnification
    1. Using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Royal Club (TRC), its affiliates, and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses.
    2. In case of any dispute, the award rendered by our arbitrator shall be final and binding, and no judgment can be challenged in any court having jurisdiction.
